選適用小圓(yuan)孔及大(da)中小型(xing)通(tong)風(feng)給水(shui)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)單(dan)單(dan)從(cong)表(biao)面噴漆(qi)工(gong)藝(yi)，它是憑(ping)借無氣噴涂(tu)(tu)工(gong)藝(yi)機(ji)推送來的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)低壓(ya)粉(fen)末(mo)(mo)膩子粉(fen)，進行(xing)特(te)(te)別制造的(de)(de)(de)噴口(kou)，使粉(fen)末(mo)(mo)膩子粉(fen)做霧化后(hou)立即建成汽車喇叭形（園球(qiu)形、中空），均(jun)勻的(de)(de)(de)地噴在(zai)通(tong)風(feng)給水(shui)管(guan)內單(dan)單(dan)從(cong)表(biao)面，進而改(gai)變通(tong)風(feng)給水(shui)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)噴漆(qi)工(gong)藝(yi)。 NKP-1型(xing)注(zhu)意常(chang)應用在(zai)Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)風(feng)管(guan)道，乳膠漆(qi)107硅(gui)橡膠粘度不(bu)應如果超(chao)(chao)過(guo)80秒(miao)（4號福特(te)(te)杯）。如若金(jin)屬涂(tu)(tu)料107硅(gui)橡膠粘度超(chao)(chao)出80秒(miao)，要加高(gao)沸點溶劑(ji)溶解(jie)。NKP-1型(xing)基礎上(shang)不(bu)易給水(shui)管(guan)尺寸受(shou)限，但非常(chang)好(hao)不(bu)生長于15米。
